Lead a Team and Drive Business Growth

SPERRY is seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Sales Representative. As a leader in our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and supervising a small team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service existing client base and develop new business opportunities
  • Supervise team activity and results, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Train and develop incoming team members on our systems and processes
  • Conduct daily reporting of field activity using our CRM system
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships
  • Sales or customer service experience
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset

Licensing Requirements:

  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required
  • Clean background and own transportation
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement
