Position: Construction and Strategic Initiatives Analyst

- Analyze historical cost data for accuracy.
- Develop models for a range of home options across different product categories.
- Maintain profitability reports comparing budgeted, actual, and forecasted costs.
- Perform vendor and subcontractor analysis.
- Create and manage detailed scopes of work and specifications for bids.
- Strategic Initiatives:
- Prepare budgets, scopes of work, and feasibility studies for potential projects.
- Assist in zoning presentations as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to compile a catalog of standard plans with various upgrades and elevations.
