  • Oversee schedule databases and scheduling software, ensuring data is current and accessible to all staff.
  • Lead a project team to fulfill additional Connico deliverables, including constructability assessments, project controls, planning services, and other related tasks.
  • Produce high-quality and timely deliverables, demonstrating the ability to visualize, plan, and schedule projects at a conceptual level without complete detail.
  • Provide training and mentorship on both technical and non-technical subjects, sharing expertise across the company.
  • Guide and manage an internal team to meet project objectives, ensuring timely delivery of outputs, maintaining Connico's quality standards, and effectively communicating project changes.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular interactions, both related and unrelated to projects.
  • Conduct onsite construction observations as necessary, including document management and tracking construction activities.
  • Willingness to travel for conferences, client meetings, project site visits, or other company engagements may be required.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in construction management, engineering, estimating, quantity surveying, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Over 10 years of experience in construction scheduling or planning within relevant market segments.
  • At least 2 years of onsite construction experience.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and creating schedules for significant projects, ensuring timely deliverables and budget management.
  • Proficient in standard office software, including Adobe, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Expertise in scheduling software such as Primavera OPC, Primavera P6, or Microsoft Project.
  • Ability to manipulate schedules and familiarity with common estimating terminology.
  • Capability to interpret architectural, civil, and engineering drawings and specifications at various design levels.
  • Possession of technical certifications such as CCM, PMP, or PE is preferred.
  • Experience in the aviation sector is advantageous but not mandatory.

Connico provides a comprehensive compensation package, including a competitive salary starting at $120k, bonus opportunities, and ongoing professional development.
This position offers flexibility with options for hybrid or fully remote work arrangements for suitable candidates.
