Key Responsibilities:

  • Estimating and Procurement:
    • Estimate various aspects of home construction through take-offs.
    • Analyze and capture historical cost data.
    • Develop models for a range of home options across different product categories (e.g., doors, trim, cabinets).
    • Maintain job profitability reports comparing budgeted, actual, and forecasted costs.
    • Conduct vendor and subcontractor reporting and analysis.
    • Create and maintain detailed scopes of work and specifications for all bids.
  • Strategic Initiatives:
    • Develop budgets, scopes of work, and feasibility analyses for potential projects.
    • Assist in preparing zoning presentations.
    • Collaborate with the team to compile an inventory of 'standard plans' with various upgrades and elevations.
