Key Responsibilities:

  • Estimating and Procurement:
    • Estimate various components of each home through take-offs and other methods.
    • Analyze and capture historical cost data.
    • Develop models for a range of home options across all product categories (e.g., doors, trim, cabinets).
    • Maintain profitability reports comparing budgeted, actual, and forecasted figures.
    • Conduct vendor and subcontractor reporting and analysis.
    • Establish and uphold detailed scopes of work and specifications for all bids.
  • Strategic Initiatives:
    • Formulate budgets, scopes of work, and feasibility analyses for potential developments.
    • Assist in preparing zoning presentations.
    • Collaborate with the team to create a catalog of 'standard plans' with various upgrades and elevations.
