Service Technician Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team at Robert B. Hill Co. in Minneapolis, MN. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for learning and implementing commercial and industrial equipment installation and repair methods and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform service and installation of Commercial & Industrial Reverse Osmosis Systems, Water Softeners, DI and Filtration.

· Provide assistance with training customers to maintain and adjust routine equipment.

· Support the sales department with site surveys.

· Maintain courteous, professional contact with customers to ensure satisfaction.

· Maintain and organize tools, equipment, parts, and truck inventory.

· Complete and submit written service orders and reports covering all aspects of each assignment and activity.

· Assist in troubleshooting problems and perform necessary repairs.

Requirements:

· Industry experience installing, troubleshooting and repairing Commercial & Industrial-RO, DI, Water Softeners, etc.

· Ability to work independently and within a tight time frame.

· Valid driver's license, safe driving record.

· Ability to lift 100 pounds unassisted.
