Job Summary:

The Sales Expert Consultant for Life Insurance Products will be responsible for delivering expert guidance to advisors on our life insurance products. This includes providing case consultations using sales execution strategies within the context of client financial planning, and collaborating closely with the Regional Sales Team to help them achieve corporate sales goals.

This role requires a deep understanding of financial services products, including financial planning, and excellent knowledge and application of consultation skills. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years' experience in a financial services environment focused on presenting and educating audiences on multiple financial products.

The Sales Expert Consultant will also be responsible for delivering training on a full breadth of products, markets, sales concepts, and related planning topics to advanced audiences. They will collaborate across departments and divisions to align with our mission and goals, leading high-impact projects and/or having liaison responsibilities for various regions, product areas, or market segment teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver expert guidance to advisors on life insurance products, including case consultations using sales execution strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with the Regional Sales Team to help them achieve corporate sales goals.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for advisors on a full range of financial products, markets, sales concepts, and related planning topics.
  • Lead high-impact projects and/or have liaison responsibilities across departments and divisions to align with our mission and goals.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in a financial services environment focused on presenting and educating audiences on multiple financial products.
  • FINRA Series 6 required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with advisors and internal stakeholders.
  • A strong understanding of financial services products, including financial planning, and excellent knowledge and application of consultation skills.

Compensation:

The estimated salary range for this position is $75,180 to $139,620 per year, based on the national average salary range for a Sales Expert Consultant in the United States. Compensation will be determined by a number of factors, including the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate.
