Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a prompt, courteous, and friendly manner, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Resolve Customer Issues: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner, escalating issues to management as needed.
  • Manage Store Cash and Accounting Functions: Coordinate daily store cash and accounting functions in accordance with company guidelines and policies.
  • Maintain Knowledge of Front End Operations: Stay up-to-date on changes in policies and procedures to ensure that department service levels and accountability are preserved and proactively supported.
  • Stock and Restock Front End Products: Ensure that front end products are stocked and restocked efficiently to eliminate waste and maintain the lowest supply cost.
  • Perform Cashier Associate Duties: Perform cashier associate duties as needed, including operating a cash register and handling customer transactions.
  • Perform Pricing Duties: Perform pricing duties as needed, including pricing and labeling products.
  • Keep Work Area Clean and Organized: Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment, reporting any faulty equipment or hazards to management.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Language Skills: Must be able to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
  • Authorization to Work: Must be authorized to work in the United States or be able to obtain the same.
  • Background Check: Must pass a pre-employment background check.

  • Strong Customer Service Skills: Demonstrate strong customer service communication skills, effectively addressing and resolving customer concerns with positive business impact.
