As a Lead Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for guiding a diverse team within a collaborative matrix environment.
Key Responsibilities:

2. **Technical Oversight:** Conduct technical reviews and facilitate meetings with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
3. **Program Collaboration:** Work closely with Program Managers and Integrated Product Team (IPT) leaders to optimize program execution in terms of cost, technical requirements, and scheduling.
4. **Business Development Support:** Assist in identifying growth opportunities and contribute to business development initiatives, including technical proposals and cost estimations.
5. **Project Management:** Identify and implement necessary actions to ensure successful project completion.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant engineering or scientific discipline is required.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in systems engineering.
- Proven expertise in systems design and development processes.
- Familiarity with the systems engineering lifecycle and Department of Defense (DoD) design review protocols.
- Experience with model-based systems engineering (MBSE) methodologies.
- Proficiency in systems engineering tools, with a preference for Cameo.
- Understanding of various simulation techniques to support systems analysis.
- Background in the development and testing of aircraft or military components is advantageous.
- Exceptional attention to detail is essential.

- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Eligibility to obtain a security clearance may be necessary.
