Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to identify and schedule patient visits.
  • Provide support and guidance to patients through pre-clinic surveys and follow-up.
  • Facilitate patient journeys through the healthcare system, including scheduling, referrals, and medication procurement.
  • Conduct patient exams, treatments, or procedures alongside healthcare providers.
  • Participate in educational and research initiatives within the clinic.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and restock supplies and equipment for patient exam and treatment rooms.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients served in the IPUs.
  • Refer patients to external services as needed.
