Job Description
The Membership Growth Strategist will be responsible for driving membership growth through sales, lead generation, and customer service. This role will require strong communication skills, a passion for the fitness industry, and the ability to achieve and surpass sales goals. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of sales experience, excellent verbal communication skills, and computer literacy.
Key Responsibilities
- Attract business via member referrals, corporate lead generation, territory outreach, telephone inquiries, and sales follow-up
- Generate sales through monthly promotions and outbound events
- Follow up on all prospective leads
- Develop corporate partnerships
- Lead sales presentations to prospective groups
- Conduct tours of the facility
- Maintain an atmosphere that makes all co-workers, members, and guests feel welcomed at all times
Requirements
- 1+ year of sales experience preferred
- Strong rapport building and sales closing skills
- Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, friendly, passionate, intelligent, and knowledgeable regarding the fitness industry
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Computer literacy
Salary and Benefits
This position offers a competitive salary range of $65,000-$90,000 based on experience, plus commission pay. HIT Athletic LLC offers a dynamic work environment, opportunities for professional growth, and a comprehensive benefits package.
