We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Clerk to join our team at Klamath Tribal Health & Family Services. As the first point of contact for individuals engaging with our behavioral health services, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide scheduling duties for clinical appointments, ensuring seamless coordination with our staff and clients.
- Offer direct clerical assistance to our staff, including scheduling new referrals, confirming appointments, and providing intake paperwork.
- Print daily schedule reports for security and clinical staff, ensuring accurate and timely information.
To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. You will also have a strong understanding of time management and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
