Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to champion our 'Customer First' philosophy by providing a great checkout experience to every customer. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about all retail store programs and promotions, and will follow all related operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas.
- Assist with visual merchandising, including setting up displays and maintaining store fixtures.
- Participate in inventory management, including receiving and processing shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
- Work collaboratively with other associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year cash handling and/or customer service experience.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time, climb a ladder, and lift a 30 lb. box overhead.
- Flexibility to work a varied retail schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- GED or high school diploma.
