Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Offer expert advice on our products and services, including printing, signs and graphics, and shipping
  • Process transactions, handle cash and make change, and maintain accurate records
  • Operate and maintain a wide variety of equipment, including printers, scanners, and other retail technology
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • 6+ months of specialized experience in customer service or retail sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure
  • Ability to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a retail or customer-facing environment
  • Knowledge of printing, signs and graphics, and shipping products and services
  • Ability to lift 55 pounds and stand for long periods of time
