Customer Service Representative

Provide exceptional customer service support to parents using our services. Handle incoming calls and tickets in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accurate and complete information is provided to end users. Educate parents on Bright Horizons' services, programs, policies, and procedures, and assist them in understanding their specific needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle incoming calls and tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide accurate and complete information to end users.
- Educate parents on Bright Horizons' services, programs, policies, and procedures.
- Assist parents in understanding their specific needs.
- Participate in user acceptance testing for parent-facing applications.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year customer service, help-desk, and/or comprehensive call center knowledge.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Typing proficiencies of 35 wpm and above.
- Proficient in basic Microsoft applications.
