OneBlood is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Account Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for executing blood donor recruitment programs to meet goals for assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain effective professional business relationships with donor drive chairpersons to support delivery of results and internal clients.
- Seek out prospective blood drive opportunities with new and existing customers.
- Utilize independent judgment to adapt approach and communication style to develop and manage blood drive accounts.
- Determine the appropriate marketing and promotional materials and programs needed to achieve established goals within budget.
- Manage blood drive scheduling to optimize business needs, including recruiting during blood drives to ensure the success of the drive.
- Represent OneBlood at community involvement events.
- Leverage available technologies and channels to support efficient and effective blood drives.
- Manage and prioritize time and resources to maximize effectiveness of territory.
- Adhere to all administrative duties, including on-time compliance for all reporting requests.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
- Prior sales experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license and clear driving record.
