Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Answer phone calls with appropriate etiquette and manage messages effectively.
  • Accurately process sales transactions (cash, check, credit cards, etc.).
  • Stay updated on product information, promotions, and advertisements.
  • Adapt to evolving business needs.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Efficiently manage inventory and restock items as needed.
  • Assemble merchandise and maintain attractive displays.
  • Conduct water testing for pool and spa customers.
  • Keep precise records of pickups and deliveries.
  • Organize the warehouse and ensure cleanliness.
  • Ensure accuracy in orders and pay attention to detail.
  • Operate warehouse equipment (stock pickers, pallet jacks).

Physical Requirements:

  • Regularly communicate verbally and audibly while performing job duties.
  • Engage in physical activities such as standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and crouching.
  • Frequently lift and move items, sometimes exceeding 50 pounds.
  • Possess specific vision capabilities, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
  • Have visual acuity to operate a keyboard, handle pool and spa equipment, and read technical documentation.
  • Be aware of potential safety and health hazards associated with pool and spa operations and chemicals.

Working Hours:

  • Availability for day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts is required.
  • Store hours are Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM, and Saturday and Sunday from 10 AM to 6 PM.

Travel Requirements:

  • Occasional travel between stores and the Corporate Office may be necessary.
