We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate/Customer Service Representative to join our team at Batteries Plus Bulbs in Crystal Lake, IL. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling products, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Sell products, including batteries, light bulbs, and other accessories, to customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Process transactions, handle customer payments, and maintain accurate records.
- Restock shelves, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and perform other tasks as assigned.
- Participate in visual merchandising, including setting up displays and maintaining store appearance.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior work experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for long periods.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.
