PROJECT SCOPE: The projects span various sectors including K-12 education, higher education, municipal facilities, public safety, healthcare, and senior living, with project values ranging from $1 million to $100 million.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review and analyze project plans and specifications for accuracy.
  • Prepare General Conditions and establish baseline schedules for subcontractors and self-performing teams.
  • Monitor project costs and manage all aspects of change management, RFIs, and owner-pay applications.
  • Oversee shop drawings and submittals, and draft subcontracts and purchase orders.
  • Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and conduct regular coordination meetings on-site.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
