At AUI Partners, our Commercial Project Leaders are essential in guaranteeing that projects are executed efficiently and within financial parameters.

We are on the lookout for an individual with a demonstrated history of successfully managing Commercial construction initiatives.

This candidate should embody critical attributes such as leadership, business insight, decisiveness, exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal), conflict resolution capabilities, and a robust sense of integrity.

The Commercial Project Leader serves as the primary company representative overseeing the daily activities of the project. This role involves being the vigilant presence on-site.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with the project manager in strategizing, organizing, and supervising project execution.
  • Ensure consistent communication regarding any delays, challenges, or concerns related to the schedule and budget.
  • Coordinate the job site workforce and subcontractors to achieve timely project completion.
  • Oversee the project closeout process and ensure all resources are demobilized appropriately.
  • Monitor and uphold AUI's Safety Program.
  • Guarantee that all necessary documentation is completed and securely stored.
  • Develop, uphold, and disseminate policies, procedures, and processes that mitigate potential issues.
  • Foster positive and productive relationships with all stakeholders, including AUI employees, subcontractors, vendors, owners, architects, engineers, and regulatory bodies.

Compensation:
Starting from $90,000.00 annually

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a superintendent in commercial construction.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
  • Effective communication skills across all levels of personnel.
  • Strong familiarity with contract and subcontract documents, terms, and conditions.
