Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Manage construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  • Oversee all construction activities to ensure adherence to architectural and engineering plans, and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Implement and enforce site safety protocols, conducting regular inspections to verify quality and progress.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts, change orders, and other project-related agreements.
  • Track and manage project budgets, conducting regular financial analysis to ensure financial efficiency.
  • Manage project documentation, including permits, inspections, and sign-offs.
  • Participate in project meetings, providing updates and feedback to stakeholders.
  • Mentor and guide junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial construction, with a proven track record of successful project management.
  • Proficient in blueprint reading, construction estimating, and budget management.
  • Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and risk management practices.
  • Exceptional skills in contract negotiation and quality control.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proficient in construction software and technology.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Certifications in construction safety and quality control are highly desirable.
