### Key Responsibilities

* Lead a crew of hourly workers on a project site and manage safety, planning, production, and performance of directed construction tasks.
* Perform onsite coordination of labor activities, materials, and equipment.
* Request materials needed for the scope of work.
* Support safety procedures and regulations for assigned personnel and sub-contractors.
* Understand daily production schedule and adjust work to meet schedule and cost parameters.
* Maintain knowledge of Company's values and strategic plan.
* Perform additional assignments per management's direction.

### Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
* Must have a Valid Driver's License.
* Must pass an airport background check if assigned to a job at an airport.
* Experience with set-up, calibration, and use of Trimble machine control.
* Experience with subgrade stabilization operations using lime and cement.
* Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
* OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
