We are currently seeking a full-time Multi-Unit Operations Manager to oversee our upcoming locations. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to collaborate closely with our founding team as we enter a new phase of rapid expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the comprehensive operations of assigned store(s), ensuring excellence in all aspects.
  • Manage personnel operations, including recruitment, selection, orientation, and training of staff.
  • Drive performance by coaching, counseling, and evaluating employee job results.
  • Achieve financial goals by monitoring sales performance, adhering to budgets, and accurately forecasting labor needs.
  • Ensure product availability by maintaining effective communication with suppliers and managing inventory levels.
  • Process payroll efficiently and accurately on a weekly basis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • ServSafe Manager Food Handlers certification.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a food retail management position preferred.
  • Proven experience in team management is required.
