Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and welcoming guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Develop relationships with guests to understand their preferences and tailor their experience accordingly.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other servers to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
  • Manage tables effectively, ensuring prompt service and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
  • Upsell and promote our menu items and special offers to increase revenue and enhance the guest experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on menu knowledge, wine service, and other relevant skills.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, supporting colleagues and promoting a culture of excellence.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in a similar or supportive role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Food Handler and Alcohol Awareness Certifications (if applicable).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of or ability to learn the restaurant POS system and menu items.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
