We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced In Room Dining Server to join our team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional and courteous service to guests in their rooms, suites, and villas.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including the room service station.
- Assist guests with special requests and ensure that their needs are met.
- Work collaboratively with other servers and coordinators to ensure seamless service.
- Follow all company and departmental policies and procedures, including those related to food safety and sanitation.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the manager.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Food Handlers Card required.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, services, and facilities.
- Knowledge of Forbes Service Standards is a plus.
- TIPS Training or equivalent Responsible Alcohol Service Training is a plus.
- Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
- Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must possess basic computational ability and basic computer skills.
- Must have superior guest service abilities and a complete understanding of California serving guidelines.
- Ability to solve problems and make rational decisions.
- Requires cash handling and making change accurately.
- Requires regular, predictable attendance.
