Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve a wide range of drinks to our guests
  • Provide attentive and personalized service to our guests at the bar

Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Bartender in a high-volume, full-service restaurant, preferably fine dining
  • Ability to learn and master our extensive menu, including ingredients and pairing suggestions
  • Minimum age of 21 years old
  • California Food Handler's card or ability to obtain one within 30 days of employment
  • Responsible Beverage Service card or ability to obtain one within 60 days of employment
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift and carry products up to 30 pounds
  • Capacity to stand for up to 8 hours at a time
