Job Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to patients with various medical conditions, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Assist with patient assessment, develop and implement individualized care plans, and monitor patient progress.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to address concerns and promote continuity of care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and education programs to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A BLS certification within 1 month of hire date and active RN licensure in Texas.
  • Diploma from an accredited school of nursing or professional licensure at time of hire.
Compensation and Benefits

  • $75,000 - $90,000 annual salary range, commensurate with experience.
