About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Medicine Specialist to join our team at Concentra. As a key member of our patient care team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to our patients.

As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for initiating, developing, and implementing nursing care plans in accordance with state laws and Concentra medical protocols.

Your responsibilities will include administering prescribed medications and treatments, observing and evaluating patient condition, and performing physical examinations and preventive health measures.

You will also be responsible for directing nursing care through nursing staff, prescribing or recommending drugs or other forms of treatment, and arranging referrals and consultations.

With a strong focus on customer service, you will provide an excellent patient experience while incorporating Orange Book values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement nursing care plans in accordance with state laws and Concentra medical protocols
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments
  • Observe and evaluate patient condition
  • Perform physical examinations and preventive health measures
  • Direct nursing care through nursing staff

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related health field from an accredited college or university
  • Master's Degree in nursing or related health field from an accredited college or university
  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
  • Current licensed nurse practitioner in the state where employed and in accordance with state laws of practice

Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience
