As a Learning & Development Business Partner - Manufacturing, you will play a key role in supporting our manufacturing facilities across AFNA by building training capability and helping to improve our training processes. This will involve reviewing and updating successful training practices to ensure we can deliver high-quality training and upskilling at pace.

You will create modular training content that can be adapted for different facilities with the same manufacturing process, ensuring consistency in skill development across the organization. This will involve partnering with colleagues in a single location to create the content in one manufacturing process area, then working with the rest of the network to deploy the content and training structure across all manufacturing locations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to develop and deliver engaging training content and materials, as well as proficient video recording, editing, and content production skills. Excellent facilitation, instructional, and mentoring skills are also essential, as well as strong organizational and project management capabilities.

We offer a competitive salary of around $95,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including a comprehensive training program, opportunities for career growth and development, and a supportive work environment.
