Job Overview

Program Insight

Our program, established in 1971, offers a structured environment for recovery, emphasizing community support and personal accountability. Participants engage in a comprehensive 3–to-6-month Residential Recovery Service (RRS), designed to facilitate their journey towards sobriety and independent living.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group counseling to residents.
  • Develop, implement, and assess treatment plans tailored to each resident's needs.
  • Collaborate with residents and staff to foster a supportive recovery environment.
Qualifications

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent certification as a Certified Alcohol Drug Counselor (CADC) or Licensed Alcohol Drug Counselor, level II (LADC-II).
  • CPR-First Aid Certification and training in overdose prevention.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of human services, particularly in substance use and recovery home models.
  • Foundational understanding of addiction and co-occurring disorders, along with practical counseling skills.
