**Culinary Supervisor - Morrison Healthcare**

**Position Overview:**

As a **Culinary Supervisor**, you will play a pivotal role in the efficient management of the Culinary Department within our organization. Your expertise will contribute to the preparation and presentation of a variety of food items, while also assisting in the development of daily menus and their execution.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support the Executive Chef in overseeing cost management and controlling expenditures.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to design and implement innovative menu options.
  • Coordinate and execute catering events to ensure exceptional service.
  • Assist in launching new culinary initiatives in partnership with the marketing and culinary teams.

**Qualifications:**

  • A.O.S. Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent culinary certification is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in culinary or kitchen management, tailored to educational background.
  • Experience in catering is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in high-volume foodservice operations is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with institutional and batch cooking methods is beneficial.
  • In-depth knowledge of food trends, quality standards, production processes, sanitation practices, and food cost management.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and email communication.
  • Willingness to engage in client satisfaction initiatives.
  • ServSafe certification is highly desirable.
