Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Supervisor to become a vital part of our esteemed culinary team. Role Responsibilities:

As a Culinary Supervisor, you will be responsible for the preparation and presentation of innovative, seasonal dishes with precision and creativity. You will manage all kitchen stations and step in as necessary. Your role will include mentoring kitchen staff and actively contributing to menu development and dish innovation. You will collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to uphold the highest standards of quality and operational excellence.

Candidate Profile:
  • Demonstrates a passion for hospitality and serves as a leader within the kitchen and dining environment.
  • Possesses a strong enthusiasm for seafood.
  • Oversees the performance of Line cooks, Prep cooks, Warewashers, and all hourly team members.
  • Ensures that kitchen standards are met and oversees menu execution.
  • Exhibits energy, enthusiasm, and strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Maintains a safe and sanitary workplace for all team members.
