Account Executive

We are seeking an Account Executive to join our team at T-Mobile. This role is responsible for meeting and exceeding sales quotas by acquiring new accounts and managing existing relationships.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a proven track record of success in sales.
- They will work closely with our leadership team to develop sales strategies and tactics, and participate in ongoing training and development programs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Analyze customer needs and provide solutions that meet their business goals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales interactions and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
- 1+ years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably within a commissioned environment (Required)
Compensation Package: Base pay range: $43,080 - $77,640; Total target cash pay range: $71,800 - $129,400, inclusive of target incentives
