Job Summary

We are seeking a Part Time Client Advisor to join our team at James Perse Los Angeles. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and communicate effectively to meet their needs.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on visual merchandising and operational standards.
  • Participate in special events and projects as needed, such as sample sales and physical inventory.
  • Adhere to all store and company procedures to ensure operational excellence and client experience.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required; College Degree preferred.
  • Prior experience in a retail or boutique environment dealing with high-end goods and clientele-oriented sales.
  • Experience working in a retail environment with 7-day operation and open scheduling availability based on business needs.
