We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Patient Coordinator. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greets patients with a warm and friendly smile, checking them in and out for appointments
  • Schedules appointments for patients, answering phones with enthusiasm and professionalism
  • Picks up and organizes mail to and from the office, assisting with patient billing processing and questions
  • Organizes and files all paperwork generated by the clinic, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Assists with seating patients and coordinating patient flow, maintaining a clean and orderly reception area
  • Checks and verifies patients' insurance, taking part in company marketing events and responsibilities
