Role Responsibilities

The Senior Project Manager plays a crucial role at Fiorilli Construction. With extensive experience, you will oversee complex commercial construction projects from inception to completion and beyond.

Your day will start with a detailed review of project performance metrics, including profitability, adherence to schedules, and client satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with company leadership and accounting to provide insightful financial forecasts and strategic direction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing procurement and change management processes.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with subcontractors.
  • Utilizing advanced project management tools to enhance communication and workflow efficiency across multiple sites.
  • Conducting regular site visits to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
  • Maintaining proactive communication with clients to keep them informed of project milestones and any necessary adjustments.
  • Mentoring junior project managers and promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Successful project completions will be marked by thorough closeouts and prompt resolution of warranty issues, reinforcing our commitment to exceptional service and long-lasting client relationships.


Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in a large-scale commercial construction environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on team motivation and mentorship.
  • Strong technical skills in industry-standard software and project management tools.
  • Familiarity with EOS Worldwide principles is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

Work Schedule

This full-time position typically involves working 8.5 hours per day from Monday to Thursday, with a half-day every other Friday.
