Job Overview

Position Summary: The Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in crafting and implementing marketing strategies that enhance the operations of our stores division while ensuring alignment with our overarching corporate branding initiatives. The goal is to boost lead generation and expand market presence. This encompasses a variety of marketing approaches aimed at educating and engaging specific audiences, elevating brand visibility, and generating leads through targeted campaigns, grand openings, community events, national trade shows, influencer collaborations, and localized marketing initiatives. This position offers a hybrid work environment, combining remote work with office presence and travel commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee regional and local marketing initiatives by integrating corporate messaging with a schedule of localized marketing activities to develop a comprehensive, multi-faceted marketing strategy that meets defined objectives.
  • Coordinate the execution of store events, including grand openings and customer appreciation activities, upholding the highest standards in campaign and event management while ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and meticulous project oversight.
  • Lead national event participation at significant gatherings, providing strategic advice to local stores regarding event involvement.
  • Establish and nurture influential relationships at a national level, engaging with caregiver organizations, support networks, the Veteran's Administration, and partner entities.
  • Take ownership of project outcomes and return on investment, continuously monitoring each initiative to ensure effective lead follow-up and conversion, collaborating with field teams to link marketing efforts to revenue generation.
  • Provide competitive insights, local developments, and content needs to the marketing team to inform product and content strategies.
  • Dedicate time to comprehensively understand the product offerings, customer personas, and key influencers.
  • Act as the marketing liaison between General Managers and Corporate Marketing.
  • Manage projects in alignment with established goals and budgetary constraints.
  • Demonstrate our products and services effectively.
  • Uphold and enforce brand standards across all store locations.
  • Collaborate closely with Regional Managers and General Managers on client interactions.
  • Oversee all marketing public relations efforts.
  • Support various outbound and inbound marketing initiatives by providing expertise in content development, including copywriting, video production, research, and blog creation.
  • Develop and implement marketing communications directed at the field.
  • Enhance the company's presence and voice through both online and offline channels.
  • Assist with all Mobility Works segments as necessary.
  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.
  • Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and state-mandated guidelines.
  • Comply with Mobility Works' Core Values consistently.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, ideally within a multi-location, national organization.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Experience with marketing data in a CRM setting (Salesforce experience preferred).
  • Strong awareness of influencers and customers within the wheelchair community.
  • Proficient in entertainment marketing strategies.
  • Proven ability to develop data-driven, omni-channel marketing plans and initiatives.
  • Exceptional writing skills with attention to grammar, punctuation, and structure.
  • Self-motivated, quick learner capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new concepts and technologies.
  • Successful completion of criminal and motor vehicle background checks and pre-employment drug screening is required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to operate effectively in an office environment using standard office equipment.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and frequently carry objects weighing up to 10 pounds.
  • Capability to perform office-related physical activities as needed.
