We are seeking a Territory Account Manager who will actively engage with customers to achieve and surpass company objectives by promoting our three primary service offerings: Cylinder Exchange Program, Onsite Rapid Recovery Service, and National Consolidation. In this capacity, you will be responsible for onboarding new customer accounts and representing A-Gas within the designated territory of Southern Florida.

Primary Work Location:

This role involves travel to A-Gas sites, customer locations, suppliers, or other necessary sites, requiring at least 25% travel within the assigned territory.

Typical Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new customers and achieve budgetary goals within our refrigerant gas service and acquisition network.
  • This hybrid role entails a mix of remote work, phone calls, emails, virtual meetings, and in-person sales interactions.
  • Meet budget targets by acquiring new customers through phone outreach and site visits while collaborating with field service teams to maximize current business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve or exceed monthly targets for gas acquisition and service revenue within the refrigerant gas service network through a high-volume contact model.
  • Focus on new customer acquisition and re-engagement of dormant accounts.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to document and track key activities.
  • Coordinate with the local Field Services Manager to onboard customers and schedule services.
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to attract new customers and expand existing opportunities.
  • Engage in regular meetings with the Field Service Manager to optimize strategy and budget attainment.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or 3 years of relevant sales experience in lieu of a degree.
  • 1+ years of travel experience in a multi-city/state area.
  • Availability and willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
  • Proven sales capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and seek support when necessary.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
