The ideal candidate will be responsible for the precise and timely processing of client invoices, overseeing the collection process by reaching out to clients as necessary, and recording payments upon receipt. This position also entails performing accounting and administrative tasks that contribute to the accurate maintenance and processing of accounts payable invoices. The selected individual will ensure meticulous records of payments are maintained and will collaborate with various departments to guarantee that all transactions are balanced and settled punctually.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee vendor credits and manage unreconciled receipts along with expense review and approval
  • Execute daily payment processing, including mail and electronic deposits
  • Evaluate and approve new customer applications
  • Assess orders on credit hold, releasing or contacting customers based on their status
  • Review overdue accounts and reach out to customers as necessary
  • Distribute customer invoices
  • Resolve customer invoicing disputes
  • Handle credit references
  • Process vendor invoices efficiently
  • Manage direct billings
  • Prepare expense reports and allocate appropriate general ledger accounts
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies
  • Review vendor statements
  • Support company goals and objectives
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree with a goal of obtaining a Bachelor's degree, along with 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in ERP Software (QuickBooks Online) and Microsoft Office Suite
