Role Overview

This Customer Experience Specialist position is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center. We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to provide exceptional customer service and support our front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Process guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and changes.
  2. Manage room inventory, including checking availability and assigning rooms to guests.
  3. Handle cash transactions, including accepting payments and issuing refunds.
  4. Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
  5. Work closely with other departments, such as Housekeeping and Loss Prevention, to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • No prior work experience required, but a positive attitude and strong communication skills are essential.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
