About the Role:

  • Conduct In-Home Inspections: Travel within your designated territory to assess and identify potential issues.
  • Develop and Maintain a Book of Business: Build relationships with customers, providing tailored solutions and exceptional service.
  • Diagnostics and Education: Partner with homeowners to understand their needs, offer personalized recommendations, and present job proposals.
  • Closing Sales: Successfully secure contracts with customers in their homes.
  • Relationship Management: Foster ongoing relationships with customers, tracking sales lead pipelines and identifying new opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Full-Time Position
  • Remote & Onsite Work: Report into a branch location while working remotely within your designated territory.
  • Servicing Area: Focus on a specific territory, ensuring excellent customer service and timely responses.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 Years of Sales Experience (Preferred but Not Required)
  • Commission-Driven Sales Background (Business-to-Consumer and/or In-Home Sales Experience a Plus)
  • Construction or Home Improvement Industry Knowledge (Desirable)
  • An Entrepreneurial Mindset Focused on Performance, Customer Service, and Satisfaction
