We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Executive to join our team at ServiceMaster Clean. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing selling strategies with a select portfolio of key accounts to drive profitable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage selling and account retention strategies with key accounts to drive revenue growth.
  • Initiate and drive new account growth with high-value prospect accounts.
  • Lead the overall relationship with strategic customers, develop multi-level contact strategies, and implement strategic selling plans.
  • Initiate and drive strategies and programs to expand market share with key accounts, sell and oversee the implementation of new programs and services.
  • Oversee the implementation of new services and solutions with new and existing customers across the network.
  • Coordinate and leverage internal resources to drive revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and account retention.
  • Negotiate contracts and key terms and conditions to ensure account retention and profitability.
  • Represent the Company at a senior level with customers.
  • Work with other selling teams to drive penetration at the regional and local levels.
  • Attend customer and industry events and lead customer meetings.
  • Collect and manage market and customer intelligence.
  • Develop and sustain multi-level relationships with account portfolio.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a national accounts sales or account management role in a services industry responsible for large B2B national and/or global customer relationships.
  • Strong relationship management skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and strategic selling capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with and influence others.
  • Strong customer orientation and negotiation skills.
  • Skill in time management.
  • In-depth knowledge of the janitorial industry and marketplace preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree.
