Key Responsibilities- Maintain an organized schedule for assigned clients.
- Oversee call sessions with fundraising clients, including planning and preparation with the executive client manager, followed by diligent tracking and follow-up.
- Plan and coordinate fundraising events, managing all aspects including contribution collection, organization, and follow-up.
- Draft professional correspondence on behalf of clients.
- Assist executive staff with daily client management tasks.
- Track lobbying activities and prepare necessary reports.
- Energetic, creative, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to engage clients and establish strong relationships swiftly.
- Outstanding attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
- Commitment to integrity and customer service excellence.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- A minimum of one year of experience in organizing, advocacy, or campaign/non-profit fundraising.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google for Business; familiarity with NGPVAN and Votebuilder is advantageous.
- A Bachelor’s degree is required.
- This position is primarily remote but requires residency in the New York/New Jersey area for occasional client meetings and events.
