Job Overview

Clae Goldman Team is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Leader to join our team. As a Sales Leader, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and leading a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and maximize performance.
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and development opportunities for your team.
  • Track sales metrics, analyze performance data, and make adjustments to optimize results.
  • Assist in recruiting and onboarding new sales representatives to expand the team.
  • Support your team in building strong relationships with customers and closing deals.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and team achievements for senior management.
Requirements
  • Proven Sales Leadership: 3+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in door-to-door sales or a related field.
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire, motivate, and manage a team to achieve high performance.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers.
  • Results-Oriented: Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Passion for Green Energy: Enthusiasm for promoting sustainable energy solutions.
