Job Summary

As a Sales Lead at Chico's FAS, Inc., you will play a critical role in promoting a customer and product-focused sales culture. You will be responsible for supporting Management in driving sales growth, improving customer experience, and maintaining store operations. Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth and improve customer experience through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
  • Supervise sales associates and provide coaching and training to ensure they meet sales and productivity goals.
  • Develop and implement sales plans and promotions to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, merchandise flow, and loss prevention.
  • Collaborate with Management to achieve sales and operational goals.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1+ year retail or sales management experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, verbal and written skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
  • Knowledge of administrative aspects of store operations.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements
  • Constant walking/standing (67-100% of 8-hour shift).
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33% of 8-hour shift).
