Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Deli team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring the quality of our products, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Service: Demonstrate a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, actively engaging with guests, and building genuine relationships to create a brand-aligned experience.
  • Product Quality: Ensure that all products meet our high standards, maintaining the quality of our offerings and exceeding guest expectations.
  • Sanitation and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to our standards and protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a healthy work environment.
  • Product Preparation and Service: Prepare and serve products to our guests, receiving, ordering, stocking, and performing other duties as assigned by management to achieve our standards.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Work collaboratively with colleagues, effectively communicate with supervision, and demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and technical requirements.

Requirements:

  • Customer Focus: Friendly, outgoing personality, and a genuine interest in building relationships with guests.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. occasionally, as well as bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication, guest service, and selling skills, with the ability to read and understand information and direction.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of deli and chicken kitchen operations, with a demonstrated ability to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements.
  • Age and Education: Must be at least 18 years old, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
