Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, provide fast and efficient service, and thank customers for their business.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the deli area, floors, windows, and restrooms.
  • Food Handling and Display: Ensure that all food products are handled and displayed in accordance with company standards, including proper labeling, dating, and rotation of products.
  • Inventory Management: Check and replenish stock on food service supplies, including cups, lids, condiments, napkins, straws, and stirrers.
  • Cash Handling and Security: Monitor cash levels and security procedures during shift to ensure compliance.
  • Training and Development: Complete all necessary training evaluations and documents, and provide feedback to management on training program and materials.
Requirements
  • 16 years of age or older
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication)
  • Ability to lift 10 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally
