Financial Operations Specialist

At ArcLedge Inc., a rapidly growing accounting firm, we are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper / Financial Operations Associate to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations department, you will play a vital role in supporting clients with their daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting tasks.

Job Description- Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable: You will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, including collections and resolving issues as they arise.
- Provide Payroll Support: You will provide payroll support, including payroll processing and administration.
- Maintain Accurate Account Reconciliations: You will maintain accurate account reconciliations and ensure compliance with all company, state, and federal regulations and guidelines.
- Develop Monthly Financial Statements: You will develop monthly financial statements and analyze and prepare journal entries, general ledgers, and budgets.
Key Responsibilities: In addition to the above responsibilities, you will also be responsible for maintaining accurate accounting records, providing feedback and insight into ways to optimize processes and increase efficiency, building strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service to our clients, following protocol and supporting in the onboarding process for any new engagements, staying current on the latest cloud technologies, and completing special projects as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience: To be successful in this position, you should have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, 5+ years of professional accounting experience, and be highly proficient in QuickBooks. Additionally, you should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and Zoom, and have experience with Netsuite, Sage, Xero, BILL, and/or Expensify.
