About the Role

As a Treasury Operations Specialist at Global Lending Services LLC, you will play a vital role in monitoring and maintaining the company's liquidity by borrowing from commercial banks, issuing securitization transactions, executing loan sales, and managing cash flow operations.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive base salary of approximately $ $65,000 per year, depending on location. Job Responsibilities
  • Assist in the production of monthly servicer reports for outstanding securitization transactions and bank credit facilities.
  • Create daily internal treasury reports that cover liquidity, interest expense, bank commitments, and related metrics.
  • Process the daily allocation of monies from master collection accounts to separate financing collection accounts.
  • Produce and submit daily borrowing requests to banking partners.
  • Assist in the preparation of short and medium-term liquidity forecasts.
  • Provide support to quarterly and annual compliance and reporting processes, and work with third party auditors during their annual review of treasury operations.
  • Assist in resolving funding and contract exceptions with other departments.
Requirements
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, data gathering, and analysis skills are necessary.
  • Proficiency in Excel is required; basic knowledge of at least one computer coding language (VBA, SQL) is preferred.
  • A high level of intellectual curiosity, including the inclination and ability to understand the drivers of financial results and the overall financial picture of the organization at a high-level, is required.
  • High professional maturity, verbal and written communication skills, and strong drive, ambition, and self-motivation are necessary.
  • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced and changing environment are required.
  • A commitment to exemplifying the organizational core values and key competencies is essential.
Work Environment

This is an exempt-level position. Business need will dictate the exact work schedule, which should be expected to vary at times. Generally, the days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm. Regular, predictable attendance is required, including in excess of 40 hours per week as business demands dictate. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. The position does not require travel.
