Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Sales Director to lead our Immunology and Respiratory team in the Washington D.C. Metro area.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional with experience in specialty management to join our team and drive business growth in the region.

You will be responsible for leading a team of Account Specialists, developing business plans, and implementing area business strategies to meet regional objectives.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills, as well as expertise in account-based sales and working with Payer Reimbursement Managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire a team of Account Specialists to promote respiratory portfolio products.
  • Develop business plans and implement area business strategies to meet regional objectives.
  • Provide training, coaching, and development of Account Specialists to drive performance and excellence.
  • Recruit, hire, and retain qualified talent for Account Specialist roles.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 7+ years pharmaceutical/medical device sales experience.
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 25%.
  • Valid driver's license.
